Meadows Loop - 7.5km - 52mins 16sec

Well, I've not been running since the Triathlon so I thought it was about time that I got back into it. Ironically since all my training stopped I've been steadily losing weight thanks to the South Beach Diet and I think that might have something to do with today's time.

I really took it easy but my legs felt amazing and I wasn't out of breath at all. Unfortunately, my right knee started hurting on the way back through the Meadows and I'm quite worried that it starts to play up again. None the less pleased all the same since this was the 5th fastest time I've done this run - and I've been off the running for about 6 weeks. I guess the weight loss has been the biggest factor.
