Well well,
I was pretty surprised with this time. Didn't think I'd get down to this in so short a time. I guess the weight loss is what's done that. Pretty pleased with this. Need to get in at least 3 more loops before the Glasgow 10km.
Please Please Please sub 60min!!!! (Which means I would have to do this loop in under 45 mins).
